Caretaking Service:
When I get involved in caretaking,
I take my job seriously. I'll make openings and closings as easy as possible for the homeowner. I'll have your water turned
on and off by a qualified plumber. I'll store away the things that are needed and then restore them in the Spring. In
your absence, my inspection of your home is a complete and thorough process. Interior inspection consists of the entire house,
basement to attic. Exterior inspection includes the full extent of your land and any other buildings you have, such as garages,
sheds and any storage areas to check for signs of tampering. I gauge the frequency upon the weather and any other outside
influences such as reports of break-ins in the area. My normal schedule is to check twice weekly. For homes that have
alarm systems, I offer an emergency alarm response service. I arrange with the alarm company to page and alert me of any alarm
activations 24 hours a day. Upon response, I do a thorough search to assure that your home is safe and sound.
Housewatch
Service:
If you're going away, whether a weekend, one week or a month, I offer the same professional service.
In the cold weather, you never know when your heating will fail possibly causing your pipes to freeze.
A broken window due to a wind storm is another unforseeable occurence.
